Italian Honey Bees

We maintain over 50 hives of Italian honeybees.

Our bees are gentle girls who provide us with two services:
1. They pollinate our crops including blueberries, squash and melons
2. They provide us with local honey which we sell as available.

We help to organize a meeting of local beekeepers on a routine basis. If you are interested in learning more about bees or if you keep a hive (or more!) yourself and would like to connect with other beekeepers in the area, please contact the farm. (ba@sapelofarms.com)
